Walkabout® MOTHER BINS to Exhibit at Henty Machinery Field Days

Walkabout® MOTHER BINS will be exhibiting at the 2025 Henty Machinery Field Days in Henty, NSW, Australia, September 23-25. Lauded as “Australia’s Largest Agribusiness Super Event,” the not-for-profit show has showcased the latest in machinery and farm equipment for six decades.

Walkabout® MOTHER BINS, an American company, was founded by Dave Hedt, an Australian raised on a 6000-acre cereal farm where his family used mother bins to keep harvest profitable. Hedt moved to the United States in 2012 and observed American farmers struggling to find labor and run expensive equipment, just as Australians had in the late 80’s. He created Walkabout® MOTHER BINS to create high quality mother bins and alleviate those problems.

In regards to attanding a farm show in Australia, Hedt said “It has been a passion of mine to make the best mother bin possible and bring it back to Australia.”

Walkabout® MOTHER BINS has developed two breakthrough mother bin models (a 110t and a 165t) that improve efficiency, productivity and safety during harvest season. Visitors to Henty this year will be able to see the Walkabout® MOTHER BIN 110t Eastern Grey. Walkabout® MOTHER BINS will be in booths 291-29I3.
